Janet’s Country Fayre with chutneys & relishes

Janet is an art historian and interior designer by profession, but started making chutneys, relishes and dressings a couple of years ago in Co. Wicklow.
She’s an artisan producer of:

  • Chutneys
  • Sweet Pepper Relish
  • Pesto
  • Salad dressings
  • Smart Ass Sauce (Ketchup)

Sincerest form of flattery?
According to a well-known food journalist, Jayne’s Sweet Pepper Relish is the “most copied artisan food product in Ireland.” At least she’s getting the recognition though – she walked away with 5 Gold and 1 Silver at the ‘Great Taste Awards’..
